Designer Cactus
Stoneware h50cm
Designer Cactus evolved from the 'Tank Family'.
I was working with closed ovoid cylinder
forms and came across this idea. As there
is no realistic way of making cactus spines
in clay I turned them into holes. On display
the bowl is filled with gravel and 'gold
nuggets'.
